Refund Policy

1. Booking Cancellation

Users may request cancellation of a pooja booking by contacting Guruvar before the scheduled service date.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation time, work already completed, Pandit availability, samagri arrangements, travel arrangements, and payment processing charges.

3. Non-Refundable Amounts

Amounts already spent on samagri, travel, advance payments to Pandits, customized arrangements, or third-party services may not be refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. The time required for the amount to reflect may depend on the bank or payment provider.

5. Service Provider Cancellation

If Guruvar or the assigned Pandit is unable to provide the confirmed service, Guruvar may offer a replacement Pandit, rescheduling, service credit, or an eligible refund.
